About Elsa Dixon
Elsa is on the board of the High Peaks Artists Association. She is the grateful recipient of past grants from the Essex County Arts Council for her painted-paper collage work, which celebrates the landscape and wildlife of the Adirondack Mountains. She was also honored to receive a 2026 Individual Artist grant from the Adirondack Lakes Center for the Arts for her children's book project, The Secret of the Loons.
